Guy Milinazzo, Founder
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by what it takes to build a home. I made my first foray into this industry straight out of high school framing houses, creating the structure of what would become someone’s home. Though the work was demanding, I could see the tangible results of my work at the end of each day, and that was enough to motivate me to keep going.
I transitioned from framing into remodeling, wanting to learn to do finish work and cabinetry installation. During those years, I did everything from roofing to installing siding, exterior trim, gutters, and cabinetry. I was now constructing the features that turned that frame into the beginnings of a house.
Eventually, I put down the tools and made my way into project management, joining an elite millwork shop and later, the most prestigious builder in the state, gaining operational and management experience that provided a more holistic skillset.
It is those decades of real in-field experience, work with the best builders and millwork shops that allowed me to launch a robust portfolio of services for clients through my venture today: Glimpsewood Residential.
Glimpsewood offers maintenance, property management, and construction management services, as well as an opportunity to mentor and guide the next generation of builders and service providers as part of the Glimpsewood team. My aim is to channel that fascination, care, and passion for the trade into building your home, and it is my honor to do so.
